I like some cracked black pepper and sea salt, too--and sometimes a little butter, like on steamed broccoli or frozen veggies.

White pepper's dumb.

What's the point of having pepper that blends in? I'm not offended by black pepper specks.

It's racist, that's what it is.

Sea salt's good, but I like the fine crystals--I don't like getting too big of a crunch of salt at a time.

Actually, neither. I like the natural flavor of the food. I may add butter sometimes to some things like frozen veggies, but I never add salt and usually do not add pepper.

Fresh ground pepper and sea salt for many things. I also have quite the fondness for hot sauces, however! Different hot sauces are good for different things, so I have many in my cupboards. (Tobasco for eggs and french fries, Tapatio for rice and Chimis, Frank's Red Hot for fried chicken, and so on and so on) I also tend to blend my hot sauces. I use a combination of Tapatio and Crystal Extra Hot for my chicken wing sauce. It is soooo yummy that way!

I usually eat food just as is. But if it is bland then plain old table salt works for me!
