I think that you are suffering from depression. I would talk to your doctor about being put on an antidepressant. I took zoloft for a very longtime and it helped so much. Before I was put on it there were days that I couldn't even function because all I wanted to do was sleep and cry. Don't feel bad about being put on something because everyone needs a little help once in awhile. Just get it taken care of so that it doesn't get worse and try talking to someone about the way you feel. I hope that every thing turns out okay for you and if you ever need anyone to talk to you can contact me, I'm a pretty good listener.

sometimes small things seem real big when you dont see the bigger picture.....then later you may wonder why you felt affected at all....remind yourself that if you can achieve small things...they all add up and wonderful big things happen! If you feel like crying - have a cry - if you feel like crying but dont want to...trying taking a few deep breaths...and concentrate on relaxing...hope this helps you feel better and able to tackle all those little things!

I felt like you when I fount out my husband was having an affair
I went into a deep depression.Just like you I cried over the smallest things.I had to do something it was getting out of hand.I forgot what fun was or how to laugh so I went to a doctor and he gave me antidepressant and within three days
I could not believe the difference in me,I was no longer sad
and I could laugh.I highly recommend you talk to your doctor
about putting you on something,I don't no what I would of done
if not for the pills.

Talk to your doctor. You need help. This is treatable and you will be okay. It may not be depression - your hormones may be making you this way. Don't leap to conclusions. :)
