I've had just as many bad experiences from either group.
The ones from Christians hurt more though because I assumed they were brothers and sisters, and could be trusted a little more. The thing to remember though is that people are still people, whether they're Christian or not.
I am a Christian, but I am the worst sinner I know - because I don't focus on anyone elses sins, only my own.
If more people would do that, there would be less finger-pointing and fewer people complaining about the faults of others.
God bless.

Having been raised Catholic (am now a not really sure, sort of Atheist), Christians are a bunch of hypocrites! I have seen some of the most unchristian behavior from those who claim to be devout. It is a sad irony how much misery religion has wrought on the world! Truth is, if people really followed Christ's teachings (whether you believe he is the son of God or not...), the world would be a better place. The Christian religion is based on writings and gospels which were chosen for the new testament by men many years after Christ died and were chosen mostly for political reasons. And how about that Pope? If a religion is based upon intolerance, and most are, who needs it?

I would say I have had more bad experiences with non-believers. However it is important to note that even Christians are people. They make mistakes and can be selfish and stupid as anyone else.

Cruel and horrible agnostics back at school were the worst I've ever met. The atheists and christians were the thoughtful and considerate ones. I'm in the UK, where people have traditionally been half-hearted about any belief or philosophy. In the US things may be different.

I haven't really had bad experiences with either although sometimes people from both sides can get pretty rude on this site. I did have an atheist at work who was an all-around jerk, but I don't believe that reflects on all atheists everywhere.

More with believers.
I have had to call the police on believers, never a non-theist.
I have had restraining orders on believers, never on a non-believer.
As far as just rude unacceptable behavior, the believers win it hands down, from bizarre rants and screaming episodes in the work place to inappropriate stunts at social functions.
Funny how it works out that rational people behave more rationally.
Who would have thought?

Did? When? Did I die, not know it, and this is a questionnaire at the end? Are you asking people other then Christians and nonbelievers, because both of those would naturally say the other most likely, kind of voiding out the question all together...

I don't exactly know. I know that I've been treated badly on occasion by someone at my place of work, but I don't probe into what their religious beliefs are. I do know that some of them did claim to be Christians, and others didn't. Maybe it is about equal.

It was a Christian group that threatened to bomb my shop. It was a Christian woman that threatened to burn my house...so...I would have to say Christians.
This does not mean I haven't had bad experiences with non-Christians.

I live in the Bible belt, the place of the most bigoted, hateful Christian population on the planet. I make friends with any non-believer I find just to keep me sane.
