I like frying the bologna a little to make it slightly crispy, but bologna is fully cooked and ready to eat as is.

Bologna comes ready to eat. May I suggest using a little mustard on the sandwich, and maybe more then once slice of cheese.

Fried bologna is great

Get it chipped at the deli meat counter, then fry it, lot more edges get crispy, add a litte Mr. Mustard to your bread, a little hot but gooooooooooodddddddddddddddddd !!!!!!!!
