Like if a certain field is needed more the government will offer more money if you choose that field, maybe teaching is one.

They are teaching and nursing. Nursing is a critical shortage need profession and certain areas of education such as science, mathematics and Special Education. If you agree to work in a certain area for 1-5 years, there is either student loan forgiveness or scholarships available. In addition, nursing has a lot of different scholarship programs from the government and private companies. With teaching, there are student loan forgiveness programs and state governments do offer incentives for those who want to teach.

Nursing.....There is a shortage on nurses, that will not be covered for at least 15 years.
