Now how is cheating on him going to make him think your friend is any less hot?
What you should do is talk to him and ask him how and why he made the comment, then make it clear to him you won't be in a relationship with someone who isn't completely faithful or doesn't respect you the way you deserve to be respected. If he chooses to stay with you, then he really does care for you and if he doesn't well then it's his loss, move on and find someone who will treat you good...

Cheating is definitely not the answer!! while i dont know him, most guys think a lot of girls are "hot" but hav no interest in dating them. i would say be sure that the source u heard this from is reliable and if it is approach him about it if possible. (dont b harsh or accusing). ask him to give u an honest answer.

If he thinks your bff is hot, I'd be suspicious ALL the time. Maybe you should flirt with someone to see if it gets under his skin and if it does, then tell him that's how you felt when you found out what he thinks of your friend and that it's made you lose your trust in him.

well if i were you i would be veryyy suspicious. i would keep my eye on him. if you supposidly love him, you wouldnt cheat on him. he didnt do anything yet and if you have a problem with it you should talk to him about it. if my boyfriend thought my best friend was hot i'd be freaked out and wanted to talk to him about it..dont cheat on him that hurts peoples feelings..anyways how long have yous been going out?
