So this guy that I make a TON of eye contact with seems to try to be sneaky...like when I walk past him he looks behind his shoulder when I am looking behind mine to sneak a peek at each other. And today, I caught him staring at me and when I turned around, he quickly (and quite obviously) turned his head around. Why does he do this if we both look at each other anyway?

Some guys likes to admire beautiful women, they enjoy just looking without any intention to be noticed or flirt. These guys are harmless, and are not out to get involved. just be glad and happy the you have caught someone's eye. and is admiring you.

maybe he's looking at your butt. guys can't help staring at beautiful butts. a good looking butt on a women is hard to come by. there's really no cosmetic surgery to make a woman's butt look better. i always wonder why there are butt implants for guys but none for women. i got some really nice butt implants.

the guy most likely is shy i guess and doesn't want to make a fool of himself kinda shy myself so i can understand and just a note he might just be flirting with u

He doesn't want it to look to obvious that he likes you. Sometimes you can't catch them doing this, but you can feel their stare.

He is shy. he only wants to look at you when your not looking at him. It gets too real when you look back...he gets all tingle and gets butterflies. So he looks away.
