It usually gets a big blood blister around it for about 24-48 hours then sloughs off. This takes about 3 days.
I have had a wart on my hand frozen off 4 or 5 times in the last 2 yrs and it keeps coming back. I started doing it myself with over the counter freeze off stuff.

It could take up to a week for it to fall off.. depends on how deep it went. If the freezing method didn't work and it comes back, try rubbing fresh garlic on it 3-4 times a day until it is gone. This method hurts a lot less and it works.

Sometimes it takes more than a couple of freezings before it falls off.
