ok I see noone knew I was curious if anyone else did. it is fish oil with some petroleum mixed but mostly fish oil. that is why it is illegal to use on bait.

actually found out it is fish oil which is main reason you can't use it on bait (it is illegal to use wd-40 on lures and bait) it attracts fish to well

Silicone! I just had it analyzed due to rejected parts that had WD40 used on them and the paint would not stick.
