I has been almost 3weeks...3WEEKS!...since me and my bf have made out! What's happening...me and him were sitting in my room on my bed...my parents were asleep in the living room he decides he wants to watch harry potter...HARRY MOTHER FREAKING POTTER...if I were a guy all I would do w/ the girl I am supposed to love is make out...either he must really like me or I'm really bad at it...but I don't think it is the 2nd one b/c when we did make out he said I was really good and he most definalty wasn't lieing...so what's the dilly-o!!!! I is it me? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't give you love advice because obviously you are too young to be making out, but as far as the boy goes, he's just nervous and maybe it was too soon for him to make out. You have plenty of years left to be worrying about things like that. Just enjoy your time together and things will happen when they are suppose to. And as far as Harry Potter goes, I'm an adult and you cannot tear me away from Harry Potter. You should of put something else on TV.

Why do you think that all a guy should do with a girl he really likes is want to make out with her? You are watching too many tv shows. Be thankful that you have a bf who respects you enough to not want to defile your body every time you are together. Perhaps you should try to begin to honor your body yourself. Maybe he is at a place where he wants to build a deeper relationship with you which is more than having make out sessions when your parents are asleep??

Girl comm down what is wrong with you relax take it easy if you are setting her worried about a dam kiss and make out situation I wonder how you would react to some real life drama cut it out you'll end up loosing something great you have, see I realized this pick and choose your battles with you man if it's something as small as a freaking kiss it is not something you need not worry about you should have allowed him to hold you in his arms and just relax and enjoy Harry Freaking Potter.

LOL He must be a really big HP fan, I dont blame him :) HP is brilliant.
Now just because he doesnt want to make out with your 24/7 doesnt mean its the end of the world. You need time toegther doing other things....like watching HP.
I suggest you enjoy it along with him, if he is a total HP fan, I wouldnt try get in the way of that.

Be an ultra flirt (like the girl in the avril lavengine video). When you and him are sitting somewhere alone, get on top of him and start kissing him. Show him that you like to makeout with him. He may just be insecure or thinks his breath stinks. If you make the first move he won't be as shy. Also to help, give him a peck each time you see him or leave him.

Listen, maybe he has a lot on his mind! Next time he comes over your house, and your parents are asleep, put on a really sexy outfit, and put on make-up and stuff. After talking for a while, you start talking sexy, like in that voice that's just heavy breathing, sort of. Then he'll probably either run away scared, or make out with you like crazy!

First of all men get tired of doing the same thing over and over. If you want to keep him make it exciting for him to keep coming back for more. Like for instance, try putting different kinds of lips gloss all over your body. If he can guess the favor (make up something that he can do or get) if he does not get the favor he loses a point or so on. I tried this with my bf one time it drove him crazy and it also was a clever way to make out.

Perhaps he has a thing for herminie on harry potter :) Also use your imagination, if he wants to watch harry potter then you can make out with him while he is doing it (hello, movies are made for making out and fiddling with each other).

Anyway, maybe he hasn't kissed you again because you had a reaction after you kissed that he misunderstood to be you didn't like to kiss. You can't just wait for him to kiss you. You need to go for it as well.
