in the usa no one can legally have sex until the age of majority of 18 so it wouldn't be statutory rape. It could only be statutory is one person is under 18 and the other is 18 or older and the difference between both their ages is greater than three years.
Both being under 18 means neither person in the eyes of the law can give consent.

It depends on which country you are living in. Most countries have the 'age of consent' as 16, as here in Australia. Other countries have the law as 15 or even 14. Only a few have the age of consent as 18.
In Australia, statuary rape is when a person who is above the age of consent has sex with another person below the age of consent or, if the two people having sex are more than two years apart in age while being below the age of consent. i.e. a 15 year 2 mths old with a 13 year 6 month old is legal whilst a 15 year 6 mth year old with a 13 year 4 month old is illegal.

I don't think she would go to the police since she obviously wanted this--unless you did something mean you did not tell us here--however if her boyfriend or parents found out that could mean trouble.. Since you met her in a bar under these circumstances you would probably do little to no actual jail-time----however--once an incident like this goes on your police record you get a life sentence as being a known sex-offender. Once something like that happens it's like a bullet---you can never call it back or undo it.I'd be real sure in the future of their age----only takes once----and you would always carry that with you wherever you go. wind up in jail later for anything at all and Bubba will get you Good Luck

It depends-- different states have different 'ages of consent"... some states consider it to be 16...so a 14/15 year old and a 17 year old could be SR, yes.
Also any age gap larger than a certain amount could also be SR-- like a 12 year old and a 16/17 year old...you have to check with each individual state's laws.

Only one of them needs to be under the age of consent for it to be statutory rape.
Even if both partners were willing, the law does not permit someone under age to consent, even if they want to (children do not have the same rights as adults, sorry). So 'statutory rape' means rape by the letter if not the spirit.
