Why do I feel this way? I love my guy 100% and want to spend my life with him and only him. But why do I want to date around?

You are in your teens so I think you are right. You need to experiment and get to know about different guys, their good points and bad. I did and in general had a lot of fun and learnt a lot but I also broke some hearts of guys who fell for me too much.
If your really really love this guy like you say you would not want to hurt him by dating around. No, really you would not. Not many guys will go for the open relationship option, talk to him and he might agree but I doubt it, I mean seriously doubt it. Also, if you find he agrees he may find someone he likes more than you just as you many find someone you prefer to him. There is not much point in dating if you do not accept this is a possibility.
So, in the end you got to decide, accept it could be over with your bf or decide to stick with him. Most teen relationships don't last, you might lose something great but you are more likely to have a hapy journey of discovery that will satisfy your curiosity. One day you wil meet your true love, your experience of life to that time will tell you. It could even be the guy you se now but I doubt it. And if you stay together will your desire to explore elsewhere not only grow and make the inevitable all the harder to deal with.

I think what you mean is that you really LIKE him . If you truly loved him there is no way you would ever wish to be with anyone else.
Quite honestly , I think that people use the word "love" in such a common way these days that it's true meaning has actually been lost.
When you truly love someone it's not even a conscious decision to be committed to that person .... it just happens because the thought of being with anyone else feels bad.Love itself will guide you. If you are wanting other people ... you don't love him and should let him go before you end up hurting him worse by cheating.Do the right thing : )
You'll feel better and so will he.

Because in your heart you are not ready to become a one girl's guy and wants to explore more of life. So therefore you cannot love no one a hundred percent and feel this way.

Because you are not ready for a settle relationship, You think that its your time to go out and have fun, and when you get older you gonna be busy with work and maybe even a family and kids.
You are just not ready for a serious relationship.

And maybe because you are not IN love with him.
Or you are still too immature to make that kind of total commitment to just one person.
But don't marry the guy until you resolve these feelings, it would not be fair to him.

He must have been the first boyfriend. Its strange how this is such a common story. Ask for space and go date and you will find out that you never knew what you had until you lose it.

If you really search you heart, you maybe surprised to learn that you really do not love him as much as you say you do. Love is loyal, faithful and committed. At the moment, you are not willing to commit and be faithful to him, so that is not love.

Don't do this to him, you don't deserve him if you are actually gonna date. But if its just a thought keep it like that. Don't stay with him for selfish reasons though.

WELL IF YOU SAY THAT YOU LOVE HIM SO MUCH, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THAT FEELING. WELL MAYBE YOUR JUST USED TO YOUR GUY. BECAUSE YOU HAVE HIM THERE AND WHEN HE'S NOT THERE YOU MISS HIM A LOT. BUT IS ALL LUST. BUT THINK ABOUT IT, BECAUSE JUST FOR ONE MISTAKE THAT YOU DO YOU COULD REALLY LOOSE THE GUY THAT YOU LOVE FOR SOMETHING STUPID.
