just dont act stupid, as in dont play stupid. honestly, who wants to be looked at as some dumb girl.
maybe ask for help from a probelm you truly need help on. does everyone hate the teacher? talk about how stupid the teacher is or how awesome he is.
if you havent talked to him at all yet, maybe "forget" paper and ask for a piece. offer to give him paper next class when you bring your paper.

You should just act like yourself.. Don't act like (some girls) do and be stupid to try and get his attention.. Act normal, it's going to get your further, in the long run..

Look at him and bat your eyes. Look and then look away. Drop your pencil towards him...let him pick it up and hand it back(extend your hand quick) and rub his hand with your fingers a bit(take about two seconds longer then a normal hand something to someone touch)
And sexy clothing never hurts.
