It is Swedish for "good cuddling".

I think it's a typo. Looks like 'bra snagging' which is when a very immature person grabs a woman's bra, and pulls on the elastic so that it snaps back and hurts her. It is a form of assault and harassment and the doer needs his lights punched out and/or a night in jail.
