Tenerte y quererte = To have you and to love you.
chemMan of course is possible, if you say
Quiero tenerte = I want to have you
you wouldn´t say = I want having you
It all depends on the context and in this case on the lyrics, which by the way, I don´t know.
You could also say:
having you is very important to me = tenerte es muy importante para mi.

Having and Loving(wanting) you
it's not to have and to love, becasue it's that's not the right verb time. to have is the indefinite, which is not conjugated, while the spanish quererte is conjugated with the noun you.
