So I have a friend and he is a good guy and i think he likes me but we are just friensds. 2 weeks ago me and my friends went to a party out of city and i met a guy and he really liked me and he asked me for my number and i gave it to him, after that, i saw my friend ( the guy)with him and i just find out that they are close friends. so after that we left the party and the guy, who asked me for my number called me and he told me "i miss you "and we talked together about 10 minitues. after that day i text him and he text me back and after that, he didn't call me. Now when i'm thinking about the two friends i really get confused and i asked myself why he is not calling me anymore. so can you just tell me what's that mean?

You good guy freind could have told him to back off. He might like you or know that his buddy is a creep.

probably the answer you think is the right one is that your guy friend told your guy-prospective lover that he likes you, and then the prospective lover backed off. May well be the case (you can't be sure there is nothing else). I also assume you don't fancy your guy-friend. If your guy-friend is close enough to you to know your personal stuff (I mean from you, not from his other friend) you can tell him 'funny... I met this guy (name), and we seemed to get along really well, but all of a sudden he stopped calling me. I wonder why...' If you are upset/sad, show it to your friend. The possibilities are the following:
- He will confess he fancies you and then you will tell him you are not interested
- He will not confess he fancies you, but he will act all embarassed and then you will be sure he fancies you
In both these cases, I would recommend stay away from him to spare both your feelings and his. I have had male friends who fancied me and we never managed to stay friends, either we would get together, or have terrible arguments and get hurt because i didn't want him and this cause incidents like yours.
- He will act all natural and friendly and genuinely offer help/explanations. In this case he is either your friend or a very good actor and you cannot be sure for either of the two.
As someone else said, if you are torn between the two guys, you have to decide first and then make a move on the one you like. If you are sure you like the guy who stopped calling, I would say call him first, try to arrange a date, you are not supposed to only wait for guys to call you anyway! and then if you can manage in a light hearted way to ask how come he stopped calling, he may tell you. Maybe the reason is the guy-friend, maybe there is another reason. In any case, if he is a decent guy, he will take the trouble to give you an explanation. If not, you don't want him anyway...

It's either that he is waiting for you to call him, or maybe his/your friend told him to back off if your friend knows that you are talking to him. That or he maybe rethinking is first intention. If I was you I would sit down and really think about who you really want to be with your friend or this other guy, then after you make your decision you are going to have to make your move for one or the other! I just hope that after you decide that, that it doesn't disappoint the other one. Good luck!
