We have alot of sex, at least twice a week. I give her my number and she never calls. She's always in a rush and we mingle only for moments at a time and that's usually time spent in my car. I've known her for a year and yet our routine never changes. Is this my girlfriend?

Is that what you want? Doesn't sound like a girlfriend to me. Sounds like a sex thing to me.
You should find someone, get to know the girl as friends first and then decide if you want to date. When you do, let her know what your expectations are when you date. I would leave the sex out of it. Sex gets in the way of really getting to know someone. Your emotions get involved and you should really try to be friends with the girl first.
I would find someone who respects you. First, respect yourself and find someone who you want to really get to know on a more deeper level. Not a physical level. Go slow and be honest and communicate.
