I am starting a new job and have to fill out a W-4. I am married. I want more money back on my checks rather than my tax refund. What do I claim? I have no children and will make about $25,000. Please help me

You'll have to sit down with your spouse and complete the worksheets on page 2 of the Form W-4. That will help you determine the proper amount of withholding. The number you come up with is the total number of exemptions you will claim between you, NOT each. Depending upon your relative incomes one or both of you may need to designate additional withholding amounts to come out even at tax time.
