Ok so i am not over weight or anything but i think i am fat (% of fat)

so if anyone has any ideas i would appreciate it

and no jokes this is serios

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well you definitely are not over weight. But I understand where you are coming from. My wife is 5'2" and 107 and she thinks she is just about at her ideal weight but has a little bit of a belly pooch.

You are old enough that you can be doing low impact exercises. I wouldn't recommend you working out with dumbbells or even resistance bands, but you can do things to work up a sweat and tone.

Try doing exercises like push ups and lunges. You don't need weights, just do them till you can't. Change your arm positions and angles on your lunges. Do some sit ups, and maybe even think about picking up a yoga video.

This will help build those sexy lean muscles that everyone wants.

More than anything else though you should try to commit to healthier eating. It's going to be hard because you aren't buying your own groceries, but maybe you can do some research and inform your parents so that maybe you can make everyone in your family eat more healthily.

i am also 14 and it is a big thing to have abs at my school! i ahte it because im not fat but i dont have a full set of abs so it makes me look fat if you know wat i mean from a girls point of view. i just try not to snack and i do obliques, crunches, situps, leglifts and a few other things everynight before bed. so just do not eat more than 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and workout a little bit at least 5 times a week. if you are having a hard time getting yourself to work out put a little reward in it for yourself afterwards it always helps me.I HOPE I HELPED. feel free to email me.GOOD LUCK

to loose weight its not that hard since your 4'11 your healthy weight should be beetween 90, and 100 pounds no more than that, you should never go a day without not eating cuz you will get ulcers, eat everytime your hungry, but the key is to eat healthy stop drinking soda and drink alot alot alot of water and you will loose a big chunk of your weight, try jogging and not running and if you work out never ever ever do more than you have to let you body breath, 95% of loosing weight in exercising is breathing correctly, i have helped alot of people loose weight this way let me know if you need more advise, try eating healthy, like fruits, as a snack, and subway, and arbys is healthy to.

work out 3-5 times a week, doing cardiovascular aerobic training. like running.
minimize the calories you eat to 1,000 per day; eat more fruits and veggies for fiber and water content. cuts simple carbs like sugars and white bread.
