I think it's the Lutheran Hymnal's matins
http://www.lutheran-hymnal.com/online/matins.html
especially The Te Deum Laudamus when you page down.
Play the midi, even if it is canned organ, it's still beautiful :)

Easter Sunday in our Byzantine Catholic rite... very neat and uplifting... singing "Christos Voskrese" ("Christ is Risen") in old Slavonic... very neat.

Daemonolatry Rites of Rosier. I'm not too fond of the hymns (a bit too perky for my taste) but the prayers and the rite itself is beautiful. I always tear up.

Matins is a very beautiful service.

In close second, however, in my opinion, is Compline, or "Prayer at the close of the day."

Guide us waking O Lord
And guard us sleeping.
That awake we may watch with Christ
And asleep we may rest in peace.

The Lord almighty grant us a quiet night, and peace at the last.
Amen.

I sang a tenebrae at a high methodist church. The readings and presentation was patricularly beautiful and it made me pause.
