for breakfast i had: apple raisin oatmeal, a cup of juicy juice & some water.
for lunch i had: a salad with little chopped of peices of turkey w/ cucumbers, small curtons, & creamy italian dressing, & water.
for a snack i had an apple.

instead of creamy dressing choose ff vinegrette or vinegar or no dressing. eat more veggies. dont drink any juices - they have lots of sugar and its better to eat your fuit than drink them.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Looks pretty good.

Try not eating oatmeal out of a package already pre flavored. You would be much better off using the real Oatmeal from the big cardboard cylinders and then adding some raisins to it with a side apple.

Maybe opt for low fat Italian dressing instead of the creamy variety. Also ditch the croutons. They aren't doing anythng for you anyway. If you want some crunch throw in some shaved almond pieces.

I have never had a juicy juice, but I bet it is full of sugar and chemicals that you can't pronounce. If it does, switch to something more natural.

Also your body really likes to absorb different nutrients with each meal. if you can get something from each food group into each meal your body will appreciate you more. Some fruits, veggies, protien, whole grains and a little fat too. Can't neglect the good fats.

You can eat more than just an apple for a snack too. An apple is only about 60 calories. Nothing wrong with having about 200 calories as your snack. It will help keep your metabolism going.
