Hi, I am currently modeling for a company. Of course everyone know the summer time is coming up, an i want to lose some weight off my waist, an do something with my love handles. I already know wat to do, to lift the butt and tone the thighs. but anyones opinion, of help would be greatly apperciated

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well you can't target weight loss on a specific part of your body. You can tone your muscles, but if you have fat covering them you won't notice.

Since you are a model, I am guessing you are already fiarly thin which will make it that much harder to lose those pounds that your body wants to hang on to. Have you ever had your body fat percentage measured? You could look to purchase some calipers online somewhere or your doctor should be able to measure it for you.

I would then suggest starting a healthy eating plan if you aren't already and exercise regularly. I know it sounds a little extreme, but you might consider a heart monitor also. This way you will know if your workout has a high enough intensity that you are burning significant calories.

Any cardio type exercise will allow you to lose weight and eventually it will come off your waist and help with the love handles. Strength building exercises don't convert fat into muscle. You can grow muscle by pushing to the point of failure so that it rebuilds stronger, but you have to lose the fat. Sorry no other way around it.

I like swimming. Even though I might be working my butt off, it doens't seem so bad because I am in the water. I don't have sweat pouring off me and it's low impact.
