some people are born with big bones which make them heavier. Other get it from genetics so it might not be entirly your fault. My best answer is to look up the national fitness awards for junior high and try to break the records everyday.

To be very honest the word weight loss is not the right word to be used, becuase you will lose body weight regardless of what component is being lose. Is it muscle, is it water or is it fat? So the right term should be FAT LOSS. And if you start losing muscle, you will lose overall weight much quickly. At the same time, if you start losing water, that would also be sudden, but will come back in 2 weeks. There three main factors that need to be considered for fat loss.
- Having the right diet
- Cardio or Edurance training
- Strength Training
The word diet is not starvation or cutting out carbs and/or fats completely. It is choosing the right stuff to eat. In order to lose fat, you need to eat in such a way that you have enough energy to feel active and at the same time, keep your metabolism higher than usual.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

This may sound ridiculous, but I'm serous.
OK, if you want to lose weight, then I suggest you go to a shop and buy Kurkure! Start eating a lot of it. Have some for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for a meal, try Maggi. This is how my cousin lost 30 KG!

Don't eat processed foods. Try to eat foods from this list: http://www.spartafit.com/nutrition/preferred%20foods.php
The key to losing weight is eating less calories than you burn off each day. Aim for 1200-1500 calories per day and make sure to get at least 30 minutes of cardio daily. Adding weight lifting will speed up your results. Remember, it takes time!
