No it is not flirting. It is being very rude and disrespectful toward you. Obviously the person is a pervert. Flirting is much more subtle and you should come away feeling good about yourself.

no, that's disrespect. Men now can say what they want to women, because they'll never step up as honorable women and not entertain those type of actions. Some we'll always be gullable to disrespect, and sexual harrassment, thinking it's attention and flirting.

It might be his way of flirting or it might just be that he can't help it - he might be trying to be funny by making up sexual innuendos.
