It's not that terrible, you'll probably only have a small buzz. But it'll land you in a world of trouble if you get pulled over by a cop. .08 is the legal limit, anything over will get you a DUI. Anything under and you still get in a heap of trouble for "wet and reckless" driving.

But for a high level, that's more around .25 and up. Many people die or get alcohol poisoning between .3 and .4

If you are talking about someone's BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) then 0.113 is very high. Most states here in the US consider any BAC at or over 0.08 to be legally drunk.

BAC? it depends on who you are. For me, that is not that high. the driving limit in many states is .08, so that is not too high.
