There will be plenty of Catholics in heaven to the surprise of many fundamentalists! And there will be more than a handful of Protestants in hell!!! Your denomination does not determine your destiny. The determining factor in a person's salvation depends entirely on their acceptance of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

I'm hoping that you have repented of your sins and trusted in Jesus' death and resurrection as the payment for your sins.

God bless you!

Congratulations but like the rich man you may be lacking of one thing.

Are you following Jesus and doing God's will?
If Yes
Congratulations you have met the requirements.
else
God's decision
end if

* MY GUESS, the criminal at the cross had no time to follow or do God's will and yet was going to be in paradise with Jesus so I would say yes again. You have met the minimum requirements from my understanding and knowledge of you so I hope to meet you there. North Most Eastern Gate New Jerusalem say 3000 AD Januay1 1st? :)

Questioning leads to knowledge and a better understanding. There are some that will call him Lord and not get in according to Jesus so Learn, Do and Be all you can and may God Bless.

Souls are not any more sturdy or evil. that's the moves we do this reason someone to be "sturdy" or "undesirable". as an celebration, someone who murders or rapes is leaving undesirable marks everywhere in the soul. that's tainted. this would not recommend a gossiper has a nasty soul. And would not recommend that a serial killer who donated to charity has a sturdy soul. even if this also relies upon on what number circumstances the soul has been reincarnated. once you get extra technical, there's a grey section, and that i don't have each and each of the solutions to my theory. it truly is in straightforward words a theory. My answer on your question is extremely straightforward. Which ever soul is brushed aside will be despatched decrease back to even with stress is accessible to attend and attempt back. One body can't have 2 souls because there is in straightforward words one mind to degree the moves of stated soul. Yikes does that male ANY sense?

If you have trusted Jesus, and Him alone, for your salvation, then you are saved: but if you are trusting Mary as co-redemptrix, being baptised, taking Mass, holding that Jesus is literally present in the wafer, that the Pope is infallible when speaking on matters of faith, believing in indulgences (put very much back on the menu by JPII), if you believe you'll go through Purgatory (a pagan Roman concept), which means the work of salvation was not completed when Jesus said "It is finished!" etc, then you're not believing what Jesus said, what the Bible says, and to cap it all you're trusting in WORKS. Turn from such lies and accept the full, complete and simple faith that is biblical Christianity.
PS my aunt died before I was born because of RC teaching, and my mother was driven from Christ by the legalism of the RC "church", which is why I was brought up to hate Christianity. Praise, God, He gave me a faithful and patient witness to the truth, and I was saved, aged 25, in 1987.

Sometimes I read atheists are also called fundies, so I think I should answer too. I think you will get eternal nothingness after you die, just like you had awareness before you were born. But you will live through in your legacy. I don't see this as a very fundamentalist statement, I even think it's a beautiful thing.

You are going to "hell", mankind's common grave IF you die before Armageddon. Otherwise, after Armageddon is over you will live forever on a paradise earth. Only 144,000 are destined for heaven, so I doubt you will fit that billing. As for being a Catholic, try to study the Bible and see if Catholicism teaches the Bible's message of a Kingdom that will bring everlasting peace, hope and eternal life to the earth or if you are being taught traditions of men.

It is only God who knows this answer.
You are right in professing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and repenting, but living for Jesus is a daily struggle. The Devil will try to throw you off of the path, and it is up to you to decide every second. Do not give in to temptation.
Some people have a saying : "Once saved always saved." This saying is a huge lie. Do not listen to it. If you have once known Jesus as your God, but have decided later on that it is to much work, and you start living your life badly again- do not think that since you were a Christian in the past that you are O.K. Instead, Believe always.
On Easter Sunday at our Church, in our liturgy, we read what Saint John Chrysostom once said:
"Whosoever is a devout lover of God, let him enjoy this beautiful bright Festival. And whosoever is a grateful servant, let him joyously enter into the joy of his Lord. And if any be weary of fasting, let him now recieve his reward. If any have toiled from the first hour, let him recieve his just debt. If any came after the third, let him gratefully celebrate. If any arrived after the sixth, let him not doubt; for he too shall sustain no loss. If any have delayed until the ninth, let him come without hesitation. If any arrived only at the eleventh hour, let him not be afraid for any reason of his delay; for the Master is gracious and recieves the last, even as the first. He gives rest to him, who arrives at the eleventh hour, as well as to him who has labored from the first. He is merciful to the one who delays, and nourishes the first. He gives also to the one, and to the other He is gracious. He accepts the works, as he greets the endeavor. He honors the deed, and the intent He commends.
Let all of you then enter into the joy of our Lord. The first and the second enjoy your reward. You rich and poor, rejoice together. You temperate and you heedless, honor the day.l You who fasted, and you who did not, rejoice today. The Table is richly laden. All of you, fare sumptuously on it. The calf is a fatted one; let no one go away hungry. All of you enjoy the banquet of faith. All you enjoy the riches of His goodness. Let no one grieve poverty; for the universal Kingdom has been revealed.
Let no one grieve over sins; for forgivenss has dawned from the tomb. Let no one fear death; for the Death of our Savior has set us free. He has destroyed it by enduring it. He despoiled Hades, when He descended thereto. He embittered it, having tasted of His flesh. Isaiah foretold this when he cried out: " You, O Hades have been embittered by encountering Him below." It was embittered, - for it was abolished. It was embittered, - for it was mocked. It was embittered, - for it was annihilated. It was embittered,- for it is now made captive. It took a body, and, lo, it discovered God. It took earth and, behold! It encountered Heaven. It took what it saw, and was overcome by what it could not see. O death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory? Christ is risen,/ and you are annihilated. Christ is risen,/- and the demons have fallen. Christ is risen,/- and the Angels rejoice. Christ is risen,/- and life is liberated. Christ is risen,/- and the tomb is emptied of the dead; for Christ, having risen from the dead, has become the first fruits of those who have fall asleep. To Him be the glory and the dominion to the Ages of Ages. Amen. "

God accepts the last even as the first. This means He accepts those who come to Him, even if it they choose to believe in Him on their very last seconds on earth, He accepts them as lovingly and fully as He has those who have lived for Him their whole life. He is a merciful God.
Jesus is our salvation. He is the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to Heaven, except by Him. By believing in Him, shining as a light to the world, loving all people as God has loved them, teaching the Word of God to the world for their salvation- this is being a Christian. Believing everything He has tought, and having a relationship with Him is very important. You must love the Lord your God with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
and:
" A new commandment I give unto you , that you love one another as I have loved you, that you also love one another."
John 13:34
And
"If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
John 8:31-32
-----

Follow God, He alone will decide the answer to your question.
Pray unceasingly, for this is what the bible has said.
Pray the Jesus prayer "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have
mercy on me a sinner."
Do not Judge others, forgive others of their sins, bring others to the Light, show love, have patience, be humble, and follow the Word of God. Believe in Him, and set your hope on Him. He will never let you down. He lifts you up.
This may not sound easy, but trust in the Lord, and He will help you.

God bless
