The story of Moses (pbuh) and the Pharaoh of the Exodus are very much identical in the Qur’an and the Bible. Both scriptures agree that the Pharaoh drowned when he tried to pursue Moses (pbuh) and led the Israelites across a stretch of water that they crossed. The Qur’an gives an additional piece of information in Surah Yunus chapter 10 verse 92:

"This day shall We save thee in thy body, that thou mayest be a sign to those who come after thee! But verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs!"
[Al-Qur’an 10:92]

Dr. Maurice Bucaille, after a thorough research proved that although Rameses II was known to have persecuted the Israelites as per the Bible, he actually died while Moses (pbuh) was taking refuge in Median. Rameses II’s son Merneptah who succeeded him as Pharaoh drowned during the exodus. In 1898, the mummified body of Merneptah was found in the valley of Kings in Egypt.

In 1975, Dr. Maurice Bucaille with other doctors received permission to examine the Mummy of Merneptah, the findings of which proved that Merneptah probably died from drowning or a violent shock which immediately preceeded the moment of drowning. Thus the Qur’anic verse that we shall save his body as a sign, has been fulfilled by the Pharaohs’ body being kept at the Royal Mummies room in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.

This verse of the Qur’an compelled Dr. Maurice Bucaille, who was a Christian then, to study the Qur’an. He later wrote a book ‘The Bible, the Qur’an and Science’, and confessed that the author of the Qur’an can be no one else besides God Himself. Thus he embraced Islam.

Quran says:

3/54 They plotted and schemed, but so did GOD, and GOD is the best schemer.

3/55 Thus, GOD said, "O Jesus, I am terminating your life, raising you to Me, and ridding you of the disbelievers. I will exalt those who follow you above those who disbelieve, till the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is the ultimate destiny of all of you, then I will judge among you regarding your disputes.
----
4/157 And for claiming that they killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of GOD. In fact, they never killed him, they never crucified him-they were made to think that they did. All factions who are disputing in this matter are full of doubt concerning this issue. They possess no knowledge; they only conjecture. For certain, they never killed him.
Source(s):

The Quran says that Jesus was never crucified. Since the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus is the pillar of Christianity, Islam is in direct conflict with the tenets of Christianity.

So, what do you chose to believe? Islam that says the way to heaven is by martyrdom or good works? Or by Jesus - who said He is the Way and the Light.

Islam considers Jesus a prophet. Yet, Jesus's own words would make him a false prophet (in the context of Islam). Why does Islam honor a "false prophet"?

It is because the Quran is a book of Satanic lies.

Now you know why we are about to get stuck in another religious war. It was in the middle east that most of the religious drama was played out in history so it would make much more sense the Quran maybe close to historical fact. As an Atheist I can concede this.

Christianity is under fire from many directions and the Nation of Islam will take over the world for a while as the largest religion ever in history before all religions are wiped from the earth.

Remember most of the religious artifacts are in the European countries so America is disconnected from this culture. America's roll in this world is not the preservation of Christianity; it is bringing the world into a new consciousness that is not religious based. America is the pioneer of a new world order but not what the Bush's envision. The only way for us to forge this new would is let go of our old belief systems.

America scientist and other scholars know the truth about the all the megalithic structure around the world. Here in America we understand the truth about man's missing link in explaining the sudden jump in human intelligence. All the information is out there but the American society will have to be ready to accept truth. This new consciousness can only occur when the masses can accept the unacceptable. Slowly but sure we are being groomed to be able to face a very different world than we currently see today. This has been happening for years.

All through history the masses are slow to embrace new ways of thinking and seeing the world and we are at the brink of such extraordinary advances and realization we are witnessing the calm before the storm. The ones that are doing their own research will find these facts. It is a fact we see what we can hand or want to see and screen out those things that causes us to question our closely held belief systems.

hi, The NT has been authored by using 4 gospel writes, who noone relatively is acquainted with who they have been. in certainty, many biblical pupils have self belief that the Gospel of John grow to be written by using perchance 5 diffierent writers over the years. we don't reject Jesus (peace be upon him), yet we do reject the Jesus tale that has snowballed (have been given larger and larger)contained in the NT. we can see that for the duration of Mark (the 1st written Gospel - he's extra of a human prophet as defined contained in the Quran)...even although, by using the time you get to John (the final gospel) his status has been elavted by using the gospel writers to that of Son of God and to God himself. This has been through exaaggerations of the writers over timer. they only wanted to jot down an even bigger tale. The Quran, exhibits the suitable place of what Jesus grow to be / is.

I will be quite honest with you. I am Christian, and I believe that Christ is the Son of God and the Savior, but I believe that Mohamed was inspired of God. Many of his teachings are similar to my own beliefs. I have read pages of the Qu'ran that I did not disagree with one thing on, while there are other elements that I did not agree with.

I have no problem accepting that Mohamed was inspired of God. I believe that God gives his truth to all people, even if it is varying degrees. Christians should not have a problem with accepting this, since Moses received the higher law and then was given the Law of Moses, because the Jews at that time were not ready to receive the higher law.

99.9% of Muslims are excellent people who are very devout and religious. It is unfortunate that the actions of few have tainted the perception of Islam in western culture. I think if everyone sat down and civilly discussed their religious beliefs and tried to understand everything, they would understand that there is one God who has given his word to people as they have been ready. In todays society, things are getting heated because we have gone from nations of people to a global world where differing beliefs on the surface are causing so much tension, when their is really one underlying truth that we should be looking for.

The Quran may be a collection of audio hallucinations experienced by Muhammad, a man who suffered a severe head injury and subsequently developed temporal lobe epilepsy. The neuro-electric focus of Muhammad's seizures was probably in Wernicke's area, where signals from the ear are converted into linguistic meaning. Persons with this type of seizure disorder (myself included) hear a sound similar to an enormous bell which resolves itself into a human voice (actually a hallucination). Muhammad imagined he was hearing God's voice and had his hallucinations recorded by scribes. (I've found I can change the words of my own hallucination by changing my mental perspective, something like how one can influence an optical illusion just by thinking about it.) Most temporal lobe seizures last less than a minute and the person simply stares off into space (no convulsions). Wernicke's area is also responsible for the voices schizophrenics hear, but the cause is thought to be a long-term neuro-transmitter imbalance and not a short-term seizure disorder. I've had this unusual seizure disorder for over forty years and have never found a Muslim willing to even consider that Muhammad's revelations might be due to this simple explanation. Every time I visit a new neurologist, they're always quick to tell me of this interesting speculation regarding the origin of the Quran.

No, I shouldn't. Jesus Christ was quite clear: "behold, I have foretold you all things".
I believe that with all my heart. Everything necessary for man to know is included in the Living Word of God. Just because another religion has a book that contains some historic fact that is also included in the Bible, is no reason to jump onto the
Quran bandwagon. That would be exactly something satan would want someone to do; In fact, Satan's "m.o." is to take a line of pure truth and twist it just slightly at the end to make the entire thing a lie - but oh, how it sure "sounds" right - it "sounds" like the truth. Well, almost doesn't count.
Any startling revelations will be found within the Word of God, and a Christian follows the Word of God, not another Book. If it was Christs will that we include the Quran in our study for knowledge, he would have recommended it. He didn't. Amen.

God is all in all ,certainly His words are in the Quran, it is foolish to not see God beyond the Bible, you can see Gods'
manifest in everything.
It's almost like looking at a beautiful flower and because it is not in the bible , you cannot believe it is Gods beauty manifest.
