A combination of running and excersizing and enough logic to avoid any diets.

The fastest safe way would be to go on the Fruit Diet. It's an ancient, traditional diet containing only fruit. Have 6 pieces of fruit spread out evenly each day, and about 3-5 glasses of water per day. Nothing else. Do this for ONE WEEK and it cleans our your entire system of any viruses etc... and it will also help you to lose ALOT of weight..


You must not workout / excersize heavily during this diet, as you will have an insufficient ammount of energy.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Eat healthy of couse and exercise but you coild get in a sauna and sweat that makes you lose weight and if you don't have one go to a gym or somewhere you know they have one!!!!!!!

I found that running or jogging helps burn fat faster. You dont want to do anything stupid. Whats the point of being skinny and dead?

weight training with heavy weights it will burn fat taster than aerobics and longer than earobics, beside you will build muscles and losse fat
