in school lately we have been talking about global warming and earth day and stuff. I have been thinking about how much we pollute our world and how it affects us. I want to start picking up trash on the side of the road and planting flowers and trees but i am afraid that people will think i am a nature freak. I know that if they think that then they are not a good person so dont say that because i am not a nature freak and do not want to be one. I just want to help put a litte. Should i help or not? Thnx.

who cares about what people think
this is the only home we got ,and this is your only life
make the most of it
and be on the positive side
not the destructive one
and infect others with your energy and morality

global warming i dont think can be stopped but we can stop helping it becoming faster, this requires global co operation between all countries ,and taking into account human nature and the world politics ,it is unlikely that this will happen,

At least not untill we are all in the middle of planetary disastres and it becomes a battle for the survival of humanity every where.

and pioneer people with guts who are not afraid to set a good example ,like you ,are needed more than ever

Remember that this is the planet you live on, and it is each and everyone's job to keep it clean (and till NASA finds us another planet, LOL). Good initiative, you are not a nature freack, you are just been responsible. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, i do the same.

no one can fault you for cleaning up and improving the environment - be a leader/activist and you will have the respect of people who have opinions that count.
