and it's always the chest wats up with that

The chest is right smack dab in the middle between the plate and the mouth. If you do a motion diagram, you'll see that the fork hovers over the chest for a majority of the time when moving to the mouth.

Unless you're seated away from the table it would probably end up in your lap, but most of the time people have their napkins in their lap.

Why? Taking too big of a forkful? Hands shaky from drinking too many espressos? Too many glasses of vino?

I can't comment on the boob thing... I can only imagine it... lol

this always happens to me too. I try to hold a napkin under the food to avoid drips but it nevr fails I always have some mess. My problem is my chest is to big

Maybe you are picking the wrong, as in too sloppy, item to eat.
If I know I shouldn't wear my meal, I try to pick something that needs a fork and isn't saucy to be safe.
Also, for girls, esp., the ones with big boobs, that is where it lands.
