I'll tell you a little secret. That nerd might be your boss in the future. That's what nerds tend to become. Successfull proffesionals.
So keep not talking with nerds and hang out with macho boys and see ya later pregnant in the trailer park.

In addition he showed class when he opened the door for you, but you're not into gentlemen. You just like bad boys don't you?

perhaps they do exactly no longer desire to communicate to closed-minded, annoying, conceited 'human beings' like your self. perhaps the only reason they do no longer communicate with you is given which you're loud and ignorant and that they might't get a be conscious in! or in line with danger this is because of the fact they're going to get greater helpful conversation by chatting with a brick wall. needless to say, you're actually not one to hold smart conversation. strengthen up. And what provides the appropriate to be calling human beings "nerds", or choose then. How isn't speaking weird and wonderful besides?! perhaps to you, you senseless, insupportable, facetious fool. Gosh, i don't be attentive to how all people can undergo this sort of adamant, naive, obstinate man or woman for company.Thank god i'm going to on no account locate out.

nothing wrong talking to people. it is a gesture of how good you are toward others regardless of what you label them to be.

i was one of these nerds back in the day. in high school, typical glasses and braces. people didn't talk to me much. 10 year reunion. no braces, contact lense and muscle fit magazines helped a lot and prior marine. bam! working a great job now making tons of money cause i was a nerd and having a great run in life. NERD's rock! Without them, you wouldn't be using MICROSOFT!

You should talk to him... by the way it's not nerdy to open the door for a lady. It's called chivalry.. any guy who is chivalreous should be dealt with respect... Good Luck:)

He's a person who did something nice for you. If you don't talk to him, it's actually your loss and not his. This will come with age and maturity, but labels mean nothing. It's what's inside the person that really counts.

Don't be so narrow-minded. Nerds are people too...If you want to speak to him, do so. If by him being a nerd bothers you so much, leave him alone...He doesn't need your friendship.

Oh gosh typical stereotyping and thinking you can't talk to someone because they aren't in the same "clique" as you... bullsh*t! I think that is the biggest mistake people make in middle school, high school.
Talk to him! Become friends with him and his friends too!
There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with it.

Not to be totally rude, but that sounds really judgemental and immature. You can talk to someone without their "nerdiness" rubbing off on you. You can even enjoy someone who is different than you and Heaven forbid--it can help you learn not to be so judgemental.
