find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Unfortunately there is no "quick way, or best way" whether you follow Weight watchers, Jenny Craig, South Beach or whatever its a simple matter of burn more calories than you take in. Fiber makes you feel full..so more fruits and veggies, less fats and carbs. Oh yeah and lots of water, or if you must diet soda, black coffee or tea. The current thought is to get 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies, and 8 glasses of water a day...if you really did that, you would find yourself feeling pretty full, that is in addition to whatever else you choose to eat...chicken, fish etc. Start out with an easy exercise plan..maybe walking and gradually increase it...whatever form of exercise is your favorite. Aim for losing 1 to 2 lbs per week....you didn't gain the weight overnight and you are not going to loose it overnight either. Be patient, and persist ant...you CAN do it. Good Luck!!

You need to try The apple patch diet . It has worked for me. It is safe & easy. Surpresses your appetite & gives you energy without that yucky feeling that pills give you. ALL NATURAL.
You apply the patch every 3 days. It doesnt effect me like pills. Of course - you still have to watch what you eat alittle BUT it is safer than Pills & ALL natural. My energy level is much better ! Its cheaper in price than pills too. Try it ..I did .... I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks & didnt change much in my daily routine. Helped my thighs & abs greatly !!!!!
