find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

modify exercise, do it daily every day as simple as a walk and diet, incorporating fruits and vegetables. A fruit is not a jelly donut and a vegetable is not a cheeto. Do it consistently for some time and you will lose. Quit eating late night, fast foods, and binging. Drink lots of water instead Big Gulps from 7-11.
Pretty simple but will take a little time to get use to. Not impossible. Good Luck to you.

There is no "quick" way to lose weight. Those pills, drinks, and home remedies do not work.
I would suggest eating six SMALL meals a day rather than 3 big meals to boost your metabolism. Eat healthy and try to keep away from white foods such as white bread, potatoes, etc. Also, make sure you exercise. Even taking one 15 minute walk a day can boost your energy and help you lose weight.
Instead of munching on chips, try light popcorn with no butter, or pretzels.
Instead of soda, try carbonated flavored water.
Instead of sweets, try fruits.
And instead of candy bars, try ultra grain bars.
Instead of eating white bread, eat whole grain wheat bread.

i think we all know the answer to that. i currently lost ten pounds in one month. i exercised for half an hour twice a week and main suggestion is watch your PORTION SIZE!!!!! It can make or break you. eat all your heavier meals before 12 noon. after 12 eat small portions or snack on empty calories like carrots, dried fruit or rice cakes.

No meat. Veggies and fruit and juices and water. Do not eat after 6pm. If you can fast and pray once a week only drink juices and water from sundown to sundown. Exercise, but be consistance.
