It appears that the near majority's understanding of both questions and answers begin to fail above the 4th grade level. This makes them angry and pugnacious.

Maybe, but I don't think people should pay too much attention to that. Not everyone has a 160 IQ, nor does everyone really attend to their spelling and grammar.
