it depends on how large you are wanting to get it and how symmetrical it would be. if it will only be large enough to cover your chest and will be very symmetrical then go for the chest. but if it will be slightly larger than that and not as symmetrical then go for the back. i would say not the back of the arm unless it is going to be much smaller. flags on a rounded surface (the arm) tend to not look as good after they exceed a certain size.

hey i would say in the back. but if you want to show off your tattoo i would say in your back arm but how big is your German flag? well since you are muscular go for the arm it looks sexy when a guy is working out and gave a tattoo on there arm well good luck.

i like tattoos but ive never been fond of tattoos that are just square or something sitting on your chest. if your going to put a tattoo on your chest it needs to have some sort of curves to it, a square or rectangle is too simple to be in that noticeable of a place. back is fine, arm is fine, but chest is just too....there...and square.
