Have you noticed when it happens to you? It may be that it is because you are tired and you cannot concentrate.

It happens to me, if I am tired, I cannot find the word and start mixing English, Spanish and Dutch all in one sentence.

Maybe that is what is happening to you.

You are copying people who you are in contact with that do not speak English properly.

Or you are learning another language and are bringing their rules into English.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You might be speaking less "correctly" but more naturally.

Maybe people around you do it, and you get it off them without realising, or TV.
