If a person is like 5'7'' and weighs about 150 pounds or more......how long could it take for them to become thin? If they eat small meals and exercise? How long would it take for noticeable results?

You'll start noticing a difference right away in the way you feel. After a week your clothes will start to feel looser, and soon people will start asking if you've lost weight.

I looked today and at 5'7 good weights are 120-150 lbs.
I always notice after the first week but others notice at the end of week 2 and beginning of 3.

You might just need to tone up and lose a little depending on your frame.

they say 2lbs a week. I lose more when trying and the further from goal the more you lose easier. The last is the hardest.
So 20 pounds in two or three months.

Good luck!!!!

You need to try The apple patch diet . It has worked for me. It is safe & easy. Surpresses your appetite. ALL NATURAL.
You apply the patch every 3 days. It doesnt effect me like pills. Of course - you still have to watch what you eat alittle BUT it is safer than Pills & ALL natural. My energy level is much better ! Its cheaper in price than pills too. Try it ..I did .... I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks & didnt change much in my daily routine. Helped my thighs & abs greatly !!!!!

depends on what you consider "thin". it should take a couple of months or less to notice a difference.
