low budget? depends how you define money.
i would say the creation contains all the wealth in the world.
our human perception of money is an illusion in comparison.
yes, i agree everything has a purpose and a reason interconnected with everything else. as one buddhist monk pointed out, even when the eye of a frog is developing it is already designed in advance to see and to respond to other things in the environment developing outside. so there has to be a divine plan interconnecting these events, which cannot randomly happen in harmony by coincidence.
