I want to try to eat healthy mini meals throughout the day since that seems to be proven for effective weightloss and rise in metabolism. But what is an example of a mini meal that's healthy?

Low- fat cheesestick plus fruit

Whole wheat crackers, lean lunchmeat

Yogurt and fruit

Small bowl of low-sugar, high fiber cereal with non-fat milk

Or, anything that has about 200 calories and includes some lean protein and veggies and fruit

There is a TV Dinner called Health Choice, its good, small portions, and quick to fix.

fresh fruit, raw veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, graham cracker, half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat, popcorn, an ounce of nuts, there are more on this site.
