DVS, I am a NASCAR fan, and I understood every word of this.

I'm not seeing the question part.

That has got to be the strangest thing I have ever read.
I'm not sure why you wasted your time writing this or what its supposed to mean. But, I'm trying to figure out your reasoning. Former vehicles, what you now call drivers, are to use former drivers and former crew members "vehicles" AS vehicles? and if you want to opt out of racing for good, you have to contact your local authorities? Then you go to clause 10 and say that some rule is stated under clause 5, but there isn't one. And then the same thing with clause number 14 and 15? The 1st and 2nd letter of the of the officiating bodys first name has to be the 8th and 5th letter of the alphabet, which is he. And the last name being no more than 5 letters long and ending with d?
and this is a vehicle, right?
