lose weight. I don't want types of exerceises or diets because I'm not that dedicated and have very little time. I just want some small things that I can do to improve my health that may help me lose weight. I'm also on a limited budget and don't really care for vegetables or many fruits.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Doesn't like exercise, doesn't like healthy foods. There's got to be some sacrifice if you're going to lose weight and be healthy. If your not dedicated to exercise, get dedicated - find somethings you like and do it. Don't have time, make time even 15 minutes a day is better than nothing. Even 5 minutes 3 times a day.
As for food you need a healthy diet if your going to be healthy. You could give up eating all together and you'll lose weight but you won't be healthy - and then you'll lose weight quick because you'll die from malnutrition.
