When my wife's spouse visa is finally processed and she comes to the USA, can she travel to other countries, while she waits for usa citizenship? Would there be any problems traveling back to the Philippines during this time?

It depends on which country, because she still might need visas to whatever country she travels to other than her greencard. Also, as long as she have a k3 visa (which is good for 2 years) she can go back and forth to the Philippines without needing to apply for an advance parole.

Just make sure that her passport isn't expiring anytime soon and when travelling she has spare copies of your marriage certificate, birth certificate other than her greencard and passport.

Also to apply for citizenship she will have to have been in the US for about three years (at the very least).

Check the USCIS website for further details.

She shouldn´t have a problem as long as she doesn´t remain outside the US for more than 6 months while her residency is still conditional (the first 2 years before becoming a permanent resident).

AS long as her US Visa is current she shouldn't have any problems getting back into the US. If she needs entry visas for other countries, she'll need to use her own passport.
