I really like this girl at college who is a year older than me (Im 20 shes 21). She seems to like me but I think she also likes this other guy in her year, I think more than she likes me as she seems more openly close with him. I want to win her over but I'm not sure how. Is it even possible?

yes its possible...i wish guys like you knew how to act like the other guys cuz than us girls would be alot happier that we wound up with a nice guy in stead of a selfish assshole.......

No it isn't possible, if you keep feeling the way you do. If you do nothing, the other guy, will win her over.
Remember that old saying " Faint heart, ne'er won fair Lady" and that goes back centuries. But it still holds true today.
If you want her, then fight for her.
Find out what she likes, music, art, books, movies, etc. collect your amunition and to go battle for her.
If not, then look for someone else.

just use what you know coming from a girl if you like her it's flaterring to know. just tell her how u feel it's a relief.
