Actually you are wrong. Jehovah's believe in Jesus and hell. Both religions believe that Jesus is the Christ, so they are called Christians. They are just another Christian sect. Who's lies are you believeing?

Pick your fantasy. I don't think we care which invisible entity you choose. After that, you're all the same.
It may also be that so very often when a christian does something wrong, all the other christians turn their back on them as they claim he/she is not a "true" christian. What the heck is that supposed to mean?
Christians pick and choose passages in the bible to either follow or ignore. The bible itself is an edited version of a much more immense body of writings.
Further, you state that Mormons believe a bunch of weird stuff... are you kidding? Um, Jesus rose from the dead. Oh, and his mom never had sex, but still had a baby. God is love, but he flooded the earth, killing everyone. He murdered numerous people, children, etc. If a man has sex with an animal, he must be killed --AND the animal must be killed (tell me, what exactly did the animal do? And who can kill him, since you're not allowed to kill?) He can do all these things, but still loves us and is apparently OBSESSED with sex. He turns a woman into a pillar of salt because she looked where he said not to. All of humanity sins because a dude bit an apple. ...need I say more?
Thinking objectively, how weird are the beliefs of a Christian? Greater acceptance of your beliefs by the general population is not evidence of their validity. They're weird. Period.
Thinking completely objectively, and considering the more than a thousand different sects of Christianity, who's to say what is and is not a 'true' Christian?

Freedom of choice, my friend. One could also ask why so many people believe that they are not christians.
Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses do not do any ill will to any other people, nor do they sit and bash other religions, (except for a few people). They are both known as kind and peace loving people. I wonder who sets a better example of Christ-like love. . . .Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses, or all the people out there gossiping about them.?

Yes, Jehovah's Witnesses ARE Christians.
A Christian religion bases its beliefs on the teachings of Jesus Christ and recognises his sacrifice.
"For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life." -- John 3:16
The fact that the Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe in the Trinity and in afterlife doesn't make them non-Christians.
The Bible says that Jehovah God, Jesus and the holy spirit are different. Jehovah and Jesus aren't equal. Jesus is God's first creation. The holy spirit is God's active force.
"....the Father is greater than I am." -- John 14:28
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation." -- Colossians 1:15
"When the helper arrives that I will send YOU from the Father, the spirit of the truth, which proceeds from the Father, that one will bear witness about me." -- John 15:26
When we die we cease to exist.
"For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun." -- Ecclesiastes 9:5,6
"All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She´ol, the place to which you are going." -- Ecclesiastes 9:10
"The soul that is sinning—it itself will die." -- Ezekiel 18:4, 18:20

I never understood these religions until I sat down and talked to a few of them and found out why. They are consittered Christian because they read the bible. Remember there's how many different versions of the bible out there? Some people find them radical, but compared, I've also seen a lot of hate and judgement from the norm Christians too. So who's to judge, who's Christian and who's not. I guess if you believe in something good and moral, that's what counts.

You obviously didn't learn what we believe from any of us. We don't believe lies.
Have you ever read the Book of Mormon? It just totally stuns me how many people like to give their reviews of the Book of Mormon, when they've never even SEEN the book, let alone read it!
Paul also believed that we can be heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ. We CAN inherit what GOD has!! We won't just be these little puppets, just floating around and singing "Praise the LORD!" over and over and over ad nauseum for eternity. We will continue to learn and grow and mature so that we can be what God is now! I think that is just so AWESOME!
And men and women work together. Families, they can be forever. And it's not just whites. Ask all the different races that belong to our church. Black, white, asian, pacific islander, native american, etc.
Why not learn what we believe, and why, from US?? What have you got to lose?

I am Mormon, and I can tell you have been slightly misinformed. Women and me are equals in salvation and exaltation. We believe men and women can be married forever, and only those who are will be granted to chance to continually progress until one day we may be able to have more of the blessings that god has. As for our label as Christians, we do not believe in many traditional ideas that some people consider necessary to be Christian. We do not believe in the trinity as Catholics do; rather we believe God and Christ are separate beings, each with his own body. We do believe in the Bible, but we also know that there was a group of people on this continent who had Christ's word too, and they were other sheep that were not of the fold of Jerusalem.
We do believe in Christ. We believe in the resurrection. We believe in the atonement and our ability to repent through both works and grace, and we recognize that without grace our works are meaningless, but likewise our works are meaningless alone too. You can judge if we are Christian or not. I do not care what you call me. I simply believe what I believe, and your opinion of what I believe will be respected as you respect my beliefs.

Could it be because of the same misleading attitudes that you own in believing what you will about Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses?
Too many unbelievers soak up every word coming over the Internet and other sources that are quick to disparage any religion not their own. Might you be one of them?
The best avenue to sway myths and lies is to go to the source for your answers, not to someone taking pleasure in twisting the doctrines to suit their own attitudes.
Such a pity . . .

We are Christian, because we believe in Jesus Christ, which we believe there is only one Jesus Christ.
He is the God of Abraham and Isaac
and he is the savior of mankind.
Only through Christ do man have salvation.
We do not need someone else to tell us whether we are Christian or not.
It is so narrow minded to say others are not christians, simply because they do not agree with your interpretation of the doctrine. Difference in doctrines does not make us liars
just as we are not mean enough to call you a liar, eventhough you got the wrong idea about us.

1. Their religion is centered around the Bible (the Christian scripture),
2. Their religion is based on the teachings of Jesus.
Notice, I didn't say everybody had to agree on how they interpret the teachings of the Bible or Jesus, just that that is what it is based on.
This is the general "definition" of Christian used by students of religion. It is what I go with.
By the way, I've known people who went to a Methodist (along with some others) church that didn't believe in Hell. I've yet to hear someone call a Methodist a "non-Christian".
