# 1 losing 10 pounds is 2 weeks is fairly unlikely.
If you are 10 pounds overweight you do NOT eat healthy because eating healthy means eating the RIGHT AMOUNT ---------------not just the type of foods eaten.
Secondly unless you change your lifestyle you will be losing these same 10 pounds over and over. Using laxatives and supplements aren't healthy. You have to get active.

anyone in the world would tell you your going about it the wrong way. if you want to feel naturally energized, happy, fit, etc you need to eat regularly, count calories, and do cardio or strength training. .. imagine not gasping for breath when walking to your car in the parking lot or walking up stairs. people who exercise have this awesome attitude and pep in their step :) laxatives are a bad idea for your body. do what makes you feel good though... its the only way to live.

I just lost 10 pounds after thinking it was impossible by reducing the fat in my diet. I thought that I ate healthy but I could reduct the fat by reading labels on products and buying products containg less fat. It took about 1 month.
