Manually (do it yourself) - twist your cat's legs the other way around.

Risk: High
Chances of you getting scratch in the face for doing so: High

Maybe it's better to bring your cat to see a vet.

i seen a show on tv about a cat that had the problem and the took it to the vet a they made him a thing almost like a wheelchair type contraption and this cat is doing very well im not sure how much it cost for something like that but if you can't do that then i would think about having it put to sleep sorry

I would say ask your vet if the cat is in pain or not. And as long as your cat can pee and poop normally, he should be able to live a normal life. He might need a pet wheelchair to get around easily but talk to your vet about that too.

Oh, poor kitty I feel so sorry for him. I think you should consult a vet, he's more qualified to deal with or he might want you to take him to another vet, that's a specialist in these kind of cases. It could get expensive, there may be a surgery to straighten his feet, I do hope that he'll be alright, I'll be thinking of him, poor baby. Best of Luck, let us know what you decide to do.

Please call a list of vets asking for advice ie: a vet that specializes in orthopedic problems and go to that one and let them examine the kitty. she may not be in pain now, but later she could be with arthritis etc. but it is best to get a doctors opinion, I would not want to advise you incorrectly. Please seek professional advice for your cat. Could save both of you a lot of pain.
