And here I thought I was the only one who used Y!A to help relax on the toilet. Who knew. And yes if you are succeding in pooping then you are R&S regular. But if you have trouble writing does that mean you have a blockage???

Most people find a way to #2 all over R&S with their neuroses. If you can do that, you can be a regular.

I'm not quite sure what the regularity should be for flightless fowl but I would suggest less fish and more fiber.

What kind of "crappy" question is that?... plus always remember this.
