I love kids soo much, so does my husband. We already have 3 kids and are expecting another in July. After 4 kids, do you think having anymore kids would seem crazy? I know it isnt common to have more than about 4 kids, but knowing how much my husband and I love them, do you think it is reasonable to have more after this child? ( we would wait a year or 2 )

I suppose there are other migating questions to ask as well. Such as ones regarding financial security, housing concerns, daycare and other school related expenses. And if you're able to support more children and still retain a comfortable disposable income then I say go ahead and have more. But only if you're able to care for them 110% on your own. Do not count on others to help support your family. I wish you the best of luck and congrats on your soon to be new arrival. Here's to hoping that your biggest concerns are finding enough names for your buddles of joy!

I have 4 but I would say that at a point you might want to think about spending time with then individually, I have a hard time with that an it is important! I have an idea, we have started this 1 year ago...mentor, be involved with things like Boy or Girl Scouts, or Coaching-your kids would be involved and it is rewarding! Alot of kids out there are needing people that mentor, you can have an everlasting effect on these kids, and there are always more kids than adults that will commit to it...sadly. It would be great to be around other kids and help them aswell.

If you are both up for it I don't see why you shouldn't. My parents had 5 kids and I loved growing up in a big family. I kind of think my mom is crazy. No, not really, but I sometimes wonder how she did it, but we all turned out great. Now it isn't unusual to go over to her house and have at least 3 or 4 of the grand kids over there.

Oh, congratulations! You should always have more kids if you are still able to! Just because people think it is crazy, doesn't mean you should stop having more kids! If you don't, you might look back at life and wish you had more. It would be a big mistake to not have anymore children just after having 4.

Yeah, go for it! I had my fourth child when I was 21... Hollywood Mother's are common, it's like the latest trend. Plus, in my expierence, having Children seems to give you a status quo around other people who are already parents. Just don't have sooo many that hubby starts complaining about too much room (well, you know what I mean...lol) Good Luck!

Um, let's see, since my husband and I are on # 6, I would have to say it's reasonable if you are happy with it.. Everyone else thinks we are crazy, though. Some even go as far as to say we are irresponsible, although we support ourselves and provide well for our children. After 3 kids, you really don't notice a difference, because you are outnumbered anyway.

LOL we have for boys and im 31 weeks pregnant with our last child, another boy :) I guess we kept trying for a little girl, but it never happened, and now its time to stop LOL. we are very thankful for our sons. They have brought so much love and joy into our lives, things do at times seem hectic as ever BUT at the end of the day its very much worth it. Financially we are just fine. No our kids do not wear name brand things, unless its from cousins and such LOL.And no my hubby isnt a dr or anything :) BUT they are happy with what they have and we have taught them to be thankful for being healthy kids. As long as you have the love in your heart and the space for comfort. Go ahead :) have another. Once you have 3 or 4, trust me 5 isnt going to make a dent LOL. Your already use to it!!!

Mom of 4 boys and 31 weeks with boy 5!!

If you can afford it and care for them, go for it. However, why not think about adoption to add to your family? There are so many children that need a loving home like you are providing. You can get really young children (even babies).

Good luck! :)

As long as your home and your wallett are big enough to take care of all these kids and I don't have to pay for your food stamps or other goverment programs you might need help from then go forth and have more, more kids.
