Muslims are the ones who complete the Hajj, not Hindus.

Hindus make Jattra to one of the many Holly places, the most well known is Kashi.
Others are all over the subcontinent, and are held at various times of the year.
They have Mela(Carnival type atmosphere near(in close by areas of the Holly places).
Pilgrimage, Hajj and Jattra all mean the same thing.
Most people return to their home.
PS:
Some turn devotee and stay there. At jattra, most of the Hindus are from India, so there is not that much of Q? of immigration, there are few who come from far way places, but in comparisen they are few, some of them may turn devotee also and stay their.

Non muslims are prohibited by Allah from entering Mecca. If they have some sort of hajj it wouldnt be the same as muslims, meaning in saudi Arabia Besides hajj is an arabic word.

Haj is performed by Muslims only and not by he Hindus .haj is a pilgrimage that the Muslims in he entire world undertake to visit the mosque in Saudi Arabia .and the holy places associated with prophet mohammed .
Hindus have nothing to do with it .

MUSLIMS go on hajj.
After Muslims goes on hajj they get their heads shaved and, in some sects, are entitled to wear a green turban.
