I id not look on your space! But I would like you to know that everyone in their own why is very pretty and s*xy. Tell your friend that you don't hang around with ugly people and you don't want to lose her friendship because she is not ugly. Tell her that you know this because you guy are friends. Ask her what she don't like about her self and see if you can change it with her help. Like if she don't like her hair tell her you do, but if she wants to do some thing about it you will go with her and help her change it and help get a style that will bring out her face more or some thing like that.

Hey hon. How are you? This is what I would do. I would pull up and print pictures of ugly people....I mean TRUELY ugly people. (uglypeople.com) Also get a pic of the Crypt Keeper. Then show them to her. She's gonna look at them and be like "ok, why are you showing these to me?" Then YOU say, "Do you see your reflection?" Ok, then. Those are the ugly people. You look just beautiful to me" Or say solmething to that effect. I bet she won't complain anymore.

Regardless of what we might think, it seems that she has very low self esteem of herself. You can help her but will only get so far if she is not willing to helpself or make a few simple changes. Not physical changes...but in her own mind. We become ...what we think about.

...Oh man, do I hear a lot of negativity from my own sister..Lol. She always asks me if she is fat..ugly...etc. It gets annoying, especially when they know fully that you are going to give them the same answer...Hah. What you do is play the 'reverse' psychology and be sarcastic...like 'yeah, you are.' and roll your eyes. Later on, they get the picture--and if not, just ignore her. It gets annoying after a while.

Reassure her that NO ONE is ugly - everyone is beautiful in their own way. I have not looked at the pics but this is not the way to give her confidence, the way to do that is to tell her that you think she is pretty/beautiful/sexy etc.

gradually improve her self image with her friends...she'll get over it or she's doing it for attention...either way it will go away by itself x
